By accessing this website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, then you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our drones following any changes means that you accept and agree to the revisions. As a result, we recommend that you review these Terms regularly.
Purchases
By placing an order for a drone or any other products through the Website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
All monies paid by you for products shall be non-refundable, except in the case of our inability to provide the requested drone or product. In such cases, we will refund the purchase price.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed via an Order Confirmation.
Once you complete your purchase online and receive an Order Confirmation, your method of payment will be charged accordingly. Any issues with payment must be addressed within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Products purchased from Tomzon may not be resold or redistributed without prior written consent.
Product Details
We strive to provide details on our drones that are as accurate as possible. However, images shown on the website may differ slightly from the actual product.
Product specifications, features, and details are subject to changes without prior notice.
Delivery
The expected delivery timelines listed for products on our website are estimates only. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any delivery times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of drones and other products. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
You are responsible for providing us with a deliverable address. Failure to provide a deliverable address will result in cancellation of your order.
If nobody is available to accept delivery, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-deliveries may be subject to additional charges which you agree to pay.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, costs or additional charges that you incur as a result of providing inaccurate or incomplete delivery details.
Refunds/Returns
Since Tomzon sells drones and other electronic devices, all sales are final and products cannot be returned, except for warranty claims (see Warranty section). We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reason.
Please choose your purchase carefully, as we cannot offer exchanges, replacements, or reimbursements outside of the warranty policy.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to the specific terms that accompany them. Offers are subject to change or revocation without prior notice.
Promotional offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. Only one code may be used per order.
Warranty
Tomzon drones come with a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
If you discover a defect and notify us within the 1-year warranty period, Tomzon will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. We may request photo/video evidence of the defect and proof of purchase.
Tomzon warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorised modifications/repairs
- Water damage or other exposure to natural elements
- Lost or stolen drones
Replacement drones provided under warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original unit’s 1-year warranty period.
Intellectual Property
All content included on Tomzon’s website and materials, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Tomzon Drone or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Tomzon Drone and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
User Accounts
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Attempting to obtain multiple accounts or access not belonging to you is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts associated with you.
User-Generated Content
Comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to our Website shall be collectively referred to as “User Content.”
User Content is considered non-confidential and we are under no obligation to refrain from reproducing, publishing, or otherwise using it in any way.
